Special Admission Drive announced by Delhi School of Journalism
On Friday, Delhi School of Journalism will conduct a special drive for the reserve category students for admission to the Five Year Integrated Program (FYIP) in Journalism. The admission process will take place at Room No. G-4 University Sports Complex. The candidates who are interested in the opportunity are required to appear with the necessary documents, class 10, class 12, mark sheets, class 10 admit card and related certificates. The University will accept the application fee from August 25 until 12 noon. Through the special admission drive, the University will try to fill the five vacant seats under English medium, and eleven seats under the Hindi Medium. The Five Year Integrated Program (FYIP) in Journalism was introduced by the university last year and students in the course can leave the course after three years with a bachelor’s degree and students who will complete the five-year course will be given Master’s degree in Journalism. The entrance exam for the course consists of questions from general knowledge, current affairs, analytical and comprehension skills and out of the total seats, 30 seats are given for the students from general category, 16 to OBC, 9 to SC, 5 to ST, 3 to PwD, CW and foreign students.
