Answer keys for the 2018 UGC NET exam released
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the answer keys for the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) on the official website -- cbsenet.nic.in. The exam was conducted by the CBSE on July 8 and the re-exam was conducted on July 22. Candidates who had appeared for the exam, can now visit the official website and download the answer key for the exam. Candidates who will successfully clear the exam will be eligible for the junior research fellowship or can be considered for the post of assistant professors. Candidates also have the facility to challenge the recorded responses and answer keys and through the official website. Steps to check the answer keys Visit the official website of the UGC NET as mentioned aboveOn the home page, login with your ID by using your application number and passwordTake the print out of the OMR sheets, recorded responses, answer keys This year, a total of 1148235 candidates had registered for the exam. From the next year, the NET exam will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the UGC. As per the UGC policy, the 6 per cent of the candidates appeared in both the papers who obtain minimum qualifying marks in aggregate of both papers will be declared NET qualified. They will then be issued certificates by UGC.
