Sun Pharma employee issued show-cause notice for posting celebratory posts on FB after Pulwama attack
In a gruesome and cowardly terrorist attack on the soldiers of Central Reserve Police Force on 14-02-2019 more than 40 soldiers of CRPF were martyred. Sheik Shabir Ahmed was then working as a Sales Executive in Sun Pharma at Srinagar HQ. After the attacks when the nation along with the government was praying for the well-being of the families of the slain and was coming forward to help in any way it can, Ahmed started posting celebratory messages on his Facebook account and even mocked the martyrs. When the official of the company came to know about the disturbing and anti-national attitude of Mr. Ahmed they issued him a show cause notice asking a suitable explanation as to why the company should take no disciplinary/appropriate action should against his anti-national sentiments and suspended him from his duties immediately.
