Tamil Nadu NEET counseling | Counseling to commence on this date
Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Tamil Nadu has released the rank list of the NEET 2018 exam on its official website -- www.tnhealth.org. The lists for the management quota and government quota seats have been released separately. In the government quota list, a total of 25417 students have been included from the state and the first phase of the counseling is expected to begin from July 1 and will end on July 5, 2018. For taking the admission under the state quota seats, students will require to produce their nativity certificate. Candidates who have applied for the NEET UG from other states will not be considered as a native of the state. Candidates who have completed their education from 6th till 12th from Tamil Nadu are not required to produce nativity certificate. Candidates who natives of the state but have studied in class 6th till 12th in other states will be required to produce original certificates of their parents. The certificates needed would be Birth Certificate/ SSLC/ 10th/ 12th/ Degree/ Diploma/ Professional Course, and Ration Card/ Passport to ascertain the candidate's parents' nativity.
