Osmania University opens application window for the PG courses

Osmania University has opened the application window for the PG courses. The university conducts a state level Common Post Graduate Entrance Tests (CPGET) for various P.G (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com, etc.) courses, P.G. Diploma courses and 5 years Integrated Programme ( M.A., M.Sc., M.B.A). The exam is conducted to select the students for admissions in Osmania, Kakatiya, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi, Palamuru, Satavahana and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities. The registration process for the exam has begun and the application window will remain open until May 30, 2019. The exam is scheduled for June 14, 2019. Students who have passed or are going to appear for their final year examination in the qualifying degree can also apply for the exam. The examination fee for the SC/ST/PH candidates is INR 600 and for all others it is INR 800. For additional subjects, students will be required to pay INR 400 for the applied courses. The exam will be conducted in computer-based format and the syllabus is available on the official website mentioned earlier. For the exam, the state government has set up 12 examination centers across the state at Hyderabad (West, South, North, East), Adilabad, Karimnagar, Khammam, Kodad, Nalgonda, Mahabubnagar, Warangal and Nizamabad.
