Check the schedule and other important information for the UGC NET 2018 exam
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official schedule for the NET 2018 exams and according to the schedule the exam will commence from December 18. The admit cards for the same will be made available from November 19. Once released, candidates can visit the official website -- ntanet.nic.in and download their respective admit cards. UGC 2018 exam schedule December 18, 2018 (Tuesday): 9:30 AM to 1 PMDecember 19, 2018 (Wednesday): 9:30 AM to 1 PMDecember 20, 2018 (Thursday): 9:30 AM to 1 PMDecember 21, 2018 (Friday): 9:30 AM to 1 PMDecember 22, 2018: 9:30 AM to 1 PM UGC NET 2018 exam pattern NTA has introduced some changes in the NET exam pattern and from this year there will be only two papers -- paper 1 and paper 2 instead of 3 papers. Paper 1: The exam will consist of 100 marks with a total of 50 objective questions. Each question will be of 2 marks and will test the teaching and research aptitude of the candidate. The duration of the exam will be for one hour. Paper 2: The exam will consist of 100 marks with a total of 100 objective questions. Each question will be of 1 mark and will be from subject chosen by the candidate at the time of filling the form. The duration of exam will be of two hours.
