Application process for NEET exam (2020) to commence from today
The online application process for the NEET 2020 exam will commence from 4:00 pm today. The exam is scheduled to be held on May 3, 2020 in the OMR-based mode. The exam is conducted to shortlist the candidates for admissions in medical colleges of India. The exam will be conducted in 11 languages including Hindi and English.Candidates who have passed their class 12 or will appear for the class 12 exams in March are eligible to apply for the exam. To be eligible, candidates must have studied English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology as main subjects.The lower age limit to appear in the exam is 17 years and upper age limit is 25 years. There is a relaxation of 5 years for the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC-NCL category and PwD category.The last date to apply for the exam is January 1, 2020. Candidates who are interested in applying for the exam can visit the official website -- ntaneet.nic.in and fill the application form.
