CDAC to release C-CAT exam result today
CDAC exam is expected to release the result of the C-CAT exam today. The exam was conducted under the aegis of Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) on December 8 and December 15. Admissions to all PG DIploma courses of CDAC are done through C-CAT exam. Every year, CDAC conducts C-CAT exam in June (for August admissions) and in December (for February admissions). Candidates who will qualify the exam, their classes will commence from February 18. Seats will be allocated to the candidates based on the rank obtained by them in C-CAT exam. The counseling process will begin immediately after the declaration of results and results of seat allocation for the first round will be announced on January 6. The exam is held to select the candidates for admissions into various courses offered by CDAC such as -- Geoinformatics (PG-DGi), Advanced Computing (PG-DAC), Big Data Analytics, IT Infrastructure, Systems & Security, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Mobile Computing, System Software Development, Advanced Secure Software Development, HPC System Administration, Embedded Systems Design, VLSI Design and Biomedical Instrumentation & Health Informatics.CDAC is a premier organization of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) which carries cutting edge research in IT, Electronics and associated areas.
