CBSE results expected by the third week of May, 2019 says official

CBSE is expected to release the results of the classes 10th and 12th board exams by end of May’s third week, an official with the knowledge of the matter said. "According to the current plans of CBSE, the Board is expecting to release Class 10 and Class 12 results by the third week of May," the official said. Once released, students will be able to check their results on cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. "First, we have to complete the evaluation process which is already underway now. It is going to take a lot of time as various subjects have several lakhs of students appeared for the exams in the last one month. Then, we will have to cross check and tabulate the marks after the evaluation," she added. According to the official notification, CBSE had scheduled the first week of the June for declaring the results of the board exams 2019. CBSE has also denied the reports of results being declared in April. CBSE was responding to a fake notification which is doing rounds on social media claiming that the results will be declared by the April end. It may be noted that the notification can easily be passed off as official notification. Although, CBSE has confirmed the notification as a fake.
