Assam state board exams results by May end: Official announcement soon

Students of the Assam state board should prepare themselves as the state government will declare the results of the class 10 and 12 by the end of the May. Once the results are declared, students will be able to check their results from the official websites. Class 10 results will be available on sebaonline.org and class 12 results on ahsec.nic.in. "The results of HSLC or Class 10 examination will be declared by May 30. The scrutiny process is on, and the board will soon announce the official date of the declaration of results soon,” said Prabin Sharma, Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Assam. This year, more than 3.5 lakh candidates appeared for the HSLC exams which were concluded on March 10. Kamal Gogoi, Secretary, Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, confirmed that the results will be declared in the last week of the May. “The board will release the results on the last week of May and the schools can collect the mark sheets on the same date from the board office,” he said, adding that the official date will be announced soon. Like other state boards, Assam state board also took some stringent measure to keep check on the cheating during the exams. Some of the exam centers were even declared as sensitive and to prevent cheating on these centers special provisions were made. All the centers had CCTV cameras installed to keep an eye on the activities of the children during the exams.
