Registrations for Phase 2 All India NEET counseling begins
The registration process for the phase 2 of All India NEET Counseling has started. The process will remain open until July 8 2018. Candidates registering for the phase 2 will be able to fill and lock their choices on July 9 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and the allotment list for the same will be released on July 12, 2018. Candidates who have already participated in Round 1 are not required to register again and the choices filled by them part 1 will be considered as null and void. Once the seat is allotted to the candidates in round 2, they will have no option to resign from or leave the seat. The results of the NEET UG 2018 exam were released on June 4 2018. This year, Kalpana Kumari from Bihar state emerged as a state topper. The cut offs for the 2018 exam were lower than the last year’s exam. Cut-offs for various categories General Category - 119Physically Handicapped (general category) - 107Rest of the categories - 96 As per the data released by CBSE, 634897 candidates have qualified in the general category, 54653 candidates have qualified in the OBC category, 17209 candidates have qualified in the SC category and 7446 candidates have qualified in the ST category.
