In Haryana, top 100 government schools to impart coaching for the NEET and JEE exams

On Friday, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar announced that the top 100 government senior secondary and higher secondary schools would be developed as model schools based on the evaluation. Besides these 100 schools will provide coaching for the NEET and JEE exams to the top-performing students of the government schools. The announcement was made by the CM during an event in Panchkula, in which 640 meritorious students given away laptops. Mr. Khattar also announced that to ensure employment to the skilled students, career counseling will be soon started in the schools. On the occasion, CM also launched 'Saksham CM Scholarship' scheme under which more than 8,000 meritorious students of Class 6th to 12th would be given a scholarship. CM also launched three mobile applications -- Saksham Adhyapak App, a question bank of videos and other teaching training material Saksham Samiksha app- a GIS based application for the effective monitoring of 15,000 schools Saksham District Dashboard to see the key performance indicators of all districts online. He also asked the teachers to form 3M -- Monitoring, Mentoring and Motivation and use them as a base for their all teachings.
