Provisional merit list for the AP NEET counseling released

The provisional merit list for the NEET counseling for Andhra Pradesh state quota seats has been released by the Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Science (NTRUHS). The dates for the document verification, final merit position after document verification, and exercising web options for admission into BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, and BUMS courses will be notified by the university later. The provisional merit list is available on the official website of the NTRUHS. Students whose names are there in the provisional merit list will be required to report for the document verification when the university notifies. Following is the list of documents which the students will be required to bring at the time of document verification: NEET UG admit card for the 2019 examNEET UG 2019 rank cardSSC or equivalent examination containing the Date of BirthMemorandum of marks of qualifying examination i.e. Intermediate or Equivalent examinationTransfer certificate (TC)Study certificate from 6th class to intermediateCaste certificateAadhaar CardService records and SSC/SSLC certificate of parent/relative if a parent is not in-serviceAadhaar CardCandidates who have studied outside AP will have to submit the residence certificate of candidate or either of the parents issued by the MRO / TahsildarCandidates claiming the fee exemption will be required to submit the latest income certificate issued by the MRO / Tahsildar/with Ration cardLocal status certificate issued by MRO for claiming as AP local as per Circular No. 4136/SPF&MC/2015-5, dated.08.08.2016.Candidates claiming reservation under a special category such as CAP, NCC, PH will be required to submit the certificate supporting the sameMinority certificate issued by Minorities Welfare Department, Government of AP.
