ICAI’s new office to be opened in Srinagar
The Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has decided to open its representative office in Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. The office will act as a facilitation center and will spread the awareness about Charted Accountancy course which can provide professional employment to the youth of the newly formed Union Territories.By opening an office in Srinagar, the institute will provide Chartered Accountancy course at the doorsteps of the interested candidates which can then become a part of the main economy.This steps will enable the institute to spread the knowledge in the field of accountancy, corporate governance to the members, students and stakeholders in the newly formed Union Territory.
