IGNOU extend the deadline for the July 2019 Admissions

IGNOU has extended the deadline for the July 2019 cycle except for the BCA, MCA and MTTM (Master of Tourism & Travel Management). For all other courses, the registration window will remain open until September 30.The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) offers various Bachelor, Certificate, Diploma, Masters and Postgraduate Diploma courses through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode.The University serves the educational aspiration of more than 2.5 million students around the nation through its 21 schools and 67 regional centers. Every year, admissions are held two times -- in January and in July. The admission forms are available on the official website of the University and can be submitted from there only. Candidates who are seeking admission in IGNOU for the first time will be required to create a User ID, fill in the application form and pay the fee online using net banking/ debit card/ credit card.After applying, the application is reviewed by the IGNOU and identity cards of the students eligible for the admission are released and uploaded in their candidate’s profile which they have created on the official website of the IGNOU.Recently, IGNOU has launched a certificate program in YOGA which will be available to the students of July 2019 admission session. The eligibility for the course is 12th pass and the entire course will be delivered in English. Duration of the program is a minimum of six months and maximum of 2 years.
